Taylor having some issues

Well jenny took taylor to the vet over the weekend. We noticed she had been itching her ears more than normal. So the vet confirmed, she has an infection in her ears. Mostly her right ear. We are treating it twice a day for now. Her left ear had a small infection but as of last night I think we have the one under control. The right I guess is pretty bad. We have 2 pills to give her everyday and then clean her ears and then put some cream on them twice a day. She also have two small spots on her head we have to watch and might have to have the vet take them off. He said mabe later this year he might just take them off because they will keep causing problems. Poor dog. Hopefully this will get her back into shape and we will just have to keep a better eye on her ears.
