I am glad that there do not seem to be any leaks inside the house after the first night. Just found out there are some epoxies available that will bond metal to metal. I will have to go look and see what I can find. Will need to get a metal brush and the epoxy and I think I can fix that leak with no problem.
Office is getting closer
I put the second and final coat on all the screw holes. All I have left is to put another coat on all the seems and corners and then doctor up the ibeam. That will take alot of mud, but it is all coming along very nicely. Next thing I want to do is get the shower and cabinet in the bathroom. Then I can get the rest of the wall drywalled. I am in the process of running the gas line right now. Have a few parts ready to go. Want to put in the connection all the way to the shutoff valve and then test the line. From there it will be pretty easy to do. Just have to measure very carefully and just put it up. I then need to put in the speaker cables and I will be ready to drywall the rest of the big room. I am thinking about drywalling the hallway at the bottom of the stairs. It will be an easy place to drywall and will make it look much better there.

Sprinkler system is hooked up
Well today I finally got around to hooking the sprinkler system into the house plumbing. Was not that bad after I actually set out to finish it. Sweating the pipes were actually the easy part. I have a small leak around a threaded connection to a spicket inside. Outside one of the 2 threaded connections is leaking also. I am not sure what I will be doing to fix that connection. Right now I will just shut water off when I am not using it. Just one last leak to fix. Then it will all be finished.

Well I am hoping to be able to finish up the plumbing for the sprinkler system on sunday
I am hoping shawn can come over again on sunday so we can work on putting the rest of the copper piping in for my sprinkler system and start running the gas line for the gas stove I want to put in the basement. I really just need to start working on the rest of the run. It probably will only take me about 2 hours I would think. Just have like 3 or 4 more feet to go to hook the two ends together. Then sweat the line into the main line of my house.

First lawn application
Since it looks like it will rain soon I decided to put down the first lawn application last night. I was very happy with the results of the fertilizer program I tried last year, so I got it again this year. It is from a local lawn and garden store just down the street. They put the 4 step program on sale once a year so I just go spend the 75 bucks in the spring and pick up the fertilizer for the whole year. Hopefully it will rain like it is suppose to. Think I will be cutting the grass for the first time this weekend. Assuming it is dry enough to do so.

Server is up and seems to be running fine
Like I said a few bugs here and there. Think I have the webserver and all the apps running fine now. Had a problem with log files, that seems to be worked out now. Had a problem with .plx files, they run very slow on the new server. Changed my replayguide back to be a .pl file and it just flys now. Updates the guide and replay info and everything now. It did not use to work as a .pl file. Latest version seems to work again. Think the last few items I need to work on are small one. Need to install the color printer and the scanner. Need to figure out the event log entry for network loadbalance service not loading. Well yeah. I don’t have it set to load. A weird one for sure.

New server is in
Was able to move the new server in last night. Everything seems to be working now. I get one error when I boot the thing but I am going to look into that today to see why I am getting it. Nothing to be worried about, just want to see what is causing it though. Seems to be quite a bit faster than the other one even though it really is not. Same memory and just a little bit faster processor.

Well the jeep is going back into the shop on wed.
Noticed over the weekend when I was cleaning the jeep that there is a very small leak coming from the middle of the jeep. I think it might be coming from the transfer case. I just had all of that worked on so hopefully it just didn’t get sealed correctly. They are going to check a clunk or a pop I get every morning when pulling out of the driveway also. Only happens once a day really, just wanted to make sure it is nothing to be worried about.
Taking the jeep to get detailed friday morning then also. Think this is my last coupon for the jeep now. So the last time I will get it detailed. I might take it and just pay the cash from now on, not sure really. Just take it once a year to keep it looking good.

Finished with the first coat of mud
I was able to put the first coat of mud on the entire office tonight. I will let it dry tomorrow and then sand a few bumps I created and then put the second coat and hopefully final coat of mud. Need to find a good primer to put on also. Will also need to think about what color paint I want to use also. Thinking about painting it blue like our spare bedroom. Maybe another week and the room will be ready to prime and get some temp carpet in there so I can move all the other stuff in there and put plastic up in the doorway so I can start on the rest of the basement.
