Well finally have set a date and have called miss dig. I didn’t know miss dig is only for the state of michigan. Anyway, called and they will be out this week or next to mark the yard and then next weekend a friend and I plan to rent the creeper that pulls the wire and tubes into the ground. We went this way hopeing that we have very little cleanup to do when finished. If we went with a trencher we would have to replant grass and what not. This way we pretty much just cut a line in the yard and that will just grow back together. Have to get the main tubes this week or next and then get all the connectors. Probably will get spray paint this week so we can mark the yards also. It will be nice to just go and hit the button when I want to water the lawn. Have not had to water this year yet, almost had to once. This will be a nice addition to the house for sure.

Well after painting a little on thursday and a little on friday, none on saturday and a lot on sunday, then a whole bunch today, I put a total of 3 1/2 gallons of paint on the entry, livingroom and kitchen plus the stairways down to the basement. It is complete finally. Thinking about using painting the laundry room the same color if there is time on thursday or friday. Then I plan to put a cabinet in there and that room should look a lot better. The cabinet is a much needed addition. Have to try to figure the best fitting cabinet. We are also thinking of painting the main bathroom the same color as the living room. It is not a bad color. After we get those two rooms painted we have the computer room (soon to be jenny’s office) and the master bedroom and bath. Not sure if we will do those this summer or not. Want to do some landscaping in the front this summer also. Grass is coming along great. Almost to good. Just mowed it friday night and it needs to be mowed again. Guess the fertilizer is doing it’s job. Trying to get rid of the weeds now. Coming along much better than last year. Sill now underground sprinkler system as of yet though. Hopefully that will come at end of this month if all works out.

Well I think I have the painting thing down a bit better than before now. Painting the room blue was not hard at all. But man when you paint a wall almost the same color, that is hard. Especially when there is very little light. Natural like I have found is almost necessary to paint inside. Well after putting two coats of paint on the entry area, I have one area I have to touch up really quick tonight and then I move on to the living room. Hope to get the small wall that the thermostat is on, painted and put back together tonight. Then on to the area of the house that will be the hardest thing I have ever seen to paint. 5 door in about a 5 square foot area. So many edges and I think on two or three of the sides of the doors I am actually going to have to gently take the trim off the doors to be able to paint in the corners without painting the trim. That should be fun. Will leave that for later. So hope to finish that tonight and get all parts and pieces back on the wall and then get the large tall wall in the living room prepared tonight so I can paint it tomorrow. Want to get most of the living room done this week or weekend and then finish the dining room and other areas I have missed next week. Just want this area done and over with. Then on to smaller rooms. Have to figure out what type of cabinet I want to put in the laundry room so I can get that installed and then paint that room next, I hope at least.
